The Northern Football League has announced its preliminary squad for the 2015 AFL Victoria Metropolitan Championships.
The league has included 39 players in the squad as it begins preparations for its clash with the Victorian Amateur Football League (VAFA) at Visy Park on March 28.
The Eltham Football Club is well repersented with four players selected in the initial squad. Those being Gavan Connelly and Tom Rogers who both played in last years game, as well as Billy Glasgow and Bradyn Taglieri
The two leagues are fighting to be crowned the best football league in metropolitan Melbourne, with the VAFA currently holding the number one ranking. The NFL is ranked number two.
