The Committee is saddened to advise all of the passing of Peter Burton.
Pete had a very long history with the Panthers. Through his son (a senior premiership player) Adam, Pete was always around to volunteer. He held the position of Juniors Club Secretary for six years and was always on the Committee. Pete did everything back then from running water and umpires escort to Team Manager for the Reserves helping Trapdaw out only a few years ago.
Pete loved the Panther, always around on Thursday nights watching Senior training, enjoying teams being read out and chatting to all the players, Pete was a Panther through and through and loved everyone that wore the jumper.
He was a legend of a man and will be sadly missed by many.
